Chain Story Delay

For a variety of reasons, my chapter in the chain story "Memoirs of a Lady" will not be ready to post this weekend (5/26) as scheduled. I have sent Laurel an email letting her know of the situation. It is my hope to have my chapter to her by next weekend.

I will try to have a draft of the chapter done in the next few days (my schedule is crazy at the moment) and at that point any interested parties can email me if they would like a look.

I apologize for the delay and I hope this doesn't cause anyone too much of a problem.

Memoirs--Excuse my French.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I owe Sonia de Beaumanoir for cleaning up the French in my installment of Memoirs Of A Lady--and to cymbidia for finding just the right name for Erica's character in a past life.

Both the accuracy of the language and the editorial content are much improved by the help of these two ladies and I thank you both very very much!

Okay. A draft of the story is done. Any of the contributing authors on the chain who are interested, please email me to get a sneak peek.

Please keep in mind that this is a draft; like all drafts, it has some holes and needs a certain amount of trimming, all of which I will be doing right up until I post it to Laurel on Friday.
