- Median household income adjusted for inflation fell last year by $1,750 to $74,580. It is down $3,670 from 2019.

- Real median earnings for full-time workers last year fell $3,620 for men and $2,880 for women despite a tight labor market that had companies paying more to attract and keep workers.

- The female-to-male earnings gap declined to 16% from 18% in 2019

- Real incomes at every decile were lower and income inequality was greater than in 2019. Americans in the bottom 10% of earners were 6.3% poorer last year than in 2019 while those in the top 5% saw their incomes decline 4.1%.

Yeah, the whole bidenomics thing was the stupidest track for Biden to take. Hopefully he'll be able to change course on the campaign trail. He's still got time.

Of course it fell. How could it not??? 2022's inflation rate was 8%. Wage growth was 4.6%. Do the math people. You don't need an article to tell you what you should already know....

Is it Biden's fault the world hit a round of inflation, cause if it is, us Canadians are pissed as are the Germans, the UK, and the rest of the world...

Yeah, comparing America to the rest of the world would be appropriate.

The failure to mention the investments in infrastructure, manufacturing gains, the "republicans" blocking of student debt relief, and the initiation of the federal government negotiating drug prices for the first time in over a decade provides a grossly incomplete picture of “Bidenomics".

Also: The "total collapse" of the economy and the stock market, and the onset of the second Great Depression that the RWCJ "members" predicted would inevitably happen IMMEDIATELY after President Biden took office, has yet to materialize nearly THREE YEARS LATER.

All that ^, even with Putin’s war and the ongoing fight against right wing domestic terrorists adding challenges to the functioning of government and the economy.

Keep up the good work President Biden , Vice President Harris, and Democratic members of congress!!!

As others have noted, inflation has been extremely damaging. Biden’s massive spending bills, most notably the Inflation Reduction Act, didn’t work as advertised.

And as mentioned neither did any of the inflation fighting plans of the other leaders of the G7.

But you have to believe it’s Biden’s fault.

BabyBoobs is such an idiot.

The Inflation Reduction Act boosted investment in solar capacity in TEXAS - which likely helped avert catastrophe, considering the record electricity demands the Climate Change induced heat waves caused in TEXAS this year.

You thought the Inflation Reduction Act was sold as program to boost solar investment in Texas? 😂

There's really not much change besides oil which is not really on President Biden. Unemployment is low and steady.
