Is this site worth visiting now?

Imagine a site that promotes being "open minded" loves to delete.

Lit is a free-er speech platform that is slowly becoming less so.

I remember when political threads were allowed here. Even though there was a Politics Board as well, hardly anyone posted there. The GB was a very lively place with many different topics that sat elbow to elbow with porn pic threads.

I believe Laurel and Manu are pro-Free Speech. I also think some of what has occurred has been done to cover their asses.

But censorship is censorship no matter what level of government or private business enforces it.

He's got at least a dozen active screen names on that other forum. I don't feel like listing all of them here but the gist of it is, dude's a shameless and hateful troll and bigot.

I have heard that the site is cracking down on some of the photos, which sucks if it is in fact true. Ironically though, hate speech still seems to be okay, so there is no real censorship there, despite what Hisarpy (calling himself FiveInch003 here) seems to believe. I have heard of people being banned for inflammatory violent threats, but it doesnt seem to matter since they almost inevitably seem to re-surface on the site with another account (or another five accounts, in the case of the O.P.) within days.

Just to be clear: Library books in many parts of the country are being removed from the shelves. Books are being banned and censored in many communities. The stated reason: either they have gay or lesbian characters (so are "Grooming our kids") or they feature black or Native American characters (and therefore are "Woke propaganda" or whatever.)

The "Liberals" are not the ones behind this. We all know who is.

And, in many places, sites like this which host erotic images, stories, and dialogue are being threatened by the government with shut down. PornHub is already banned in Idaho, Utah and Texas. Who is behind these attacks and bans?

You can be pretty sure it isn't the "Left."

Teachers are being censored, reprimanded and fired for daring to teach history that might, you know, present white people in a less than flattering light. Written works about Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, the Holocaust, Slavery, and the Trail of Tears are being removed from classrooms and teachers are being fired for teaching about these things. Who is behind this?

Guess what- it's not the "Left."

And who complains the loudest when their vile racist posts or threats of violence get censored on a porn form (Which they would gladly see shut down altogether?"

Though I get the gist of it, this seems more a rant. That doesn't garner a lot of support. Could you tell what happened?

I'm also curious to what you think is "open minded." It doesn't mean "anything goes." If that is the case, I'll walk into your house and take you in the ass. You want to stop me? Hey this is my freedom of speech. Are you censoring my way of communication? Why aren't you open minded about it all?

Maybe I'll post all your personal information on the internet. Free speech! How about a litany of threatening and insulting messages to go with that. It's okay, you're open minded. Right?

Of course the above is ridiculous. Open minded is not about accepting everything. It is only that you accept a broader perspective. There's plenty not accepted on this site. They are open about it and communicate this to the community. Is it censorship, or just showing the limit of their broader perspective?
