I guess the party in Wyoming isn't really interested in letting the people decide....as they often say when in other circumstances....hmmm, that is interesting?

Also, the GOP party can't cancel anyone party of choice...Cheney is as Republican as one can be (a rational and reasonable one) and she is the sole decider as to her party of choice.

“It’s laughable to suggest Liz is anything but a committed conservative Republican,” Cheney spokesperson Jeremy Adler told the Casper Star Tribune. “She is bound by her oath to the Constitution. Sadly, a portion of the Wyoming GOP leadership has abandoned that fundamental principle, and instead allowed themselves to be held hostage to the lies of a dangerous and irrational man.”

The American party system has no mechanism to expel a member.

Probably it would be a better thing if the parties were organized like European parties, with membership dues and lists and party cards.

Yep, in other words, a dog and pony show.

If Liz wants to end her political career as a shoeshine boy for a far-left Speaker, then she reallyshouldn't expect her party to keep quiet.

The parties are private entities. They get to decide who is a member. No different than in 2016 when the Dems. stacked the deck against Bernie because he was an independent running as a Dem.

Lol...and what do they do to enforce this ...come to her house and take her voter i.d. card?

They can be obstructionist and make it difficult for her and they can't take away her self proclaimed party affiliation. She remains a Republican as I write this....let me know when your absurd notion actually happens. I won't hold my breath.
