Okay this is going to be somewhat intricate thread.

The basis is about a hospital where they use sexual pleasure to heal their patients.

1 male doctors- may be bi or he may be hetero
1 female doctor- bi (for those switch hitting female patients out there)
1 male nurse- hetero
3 female nurses- one must be hetero, the other to may
be hetero or bi
1 bi male patients
4 or 5 hetero male patients
2 or 3 bi female patients
2 or 3 hetero female patients
