Yeah, well I figure Grandmas usually sew stuff like that lol. And a grandma would be shocked to do that.

Just call Granny Mengele for custom scrotum-sewing. Meanwhile, a question for the OP: Is it his own grandma, or just anybody's grandma? It's kinkier if he goes to his own granny for the bodywork. "Hey Gram, I have a favor to ask..."

I hope she's doing this by hand. It's bad enough that way, but stretching the bat-wings into the sewing machine would be terrifying.

Make sure granny had a seam wripper invade she gets the doiley wrong.

Now that's an element I had not thought about. Hmm. Why not a gray haired, attractive grandma type - late 50's or so - pillar of her church etc.

And she's dreamed of doing bad things to men's equipment since she was a teen herself? Not because of revenge or anything like that, it's just because she's always gotten a thrill thinking of abusing a man that way? And along comes your younger guy - a match made in either heaven or some dark corner of hell.

Yeah, maybe the Mom and Son could be in on it, both excited and can't wait, however the grandma has to be persuaded to violate her grandson in such a way. But deep inside, the grandma wants to feel each testical as she shoves a thick needle right through it, as her daughter watches on smiling and aplauding at her sons pain and her moms pleasure.
