Cancer deaths 1667.5 deaths per day

COVID-19 deaths per day 946 deaths per day

1.78 infant deaths at birth per day

1.64 mothers dying during delivery per day

2361.6 abortions per day

Note an abortion is not a death. Proof, there is no death certificate issued.

True, even in Canada if you murder someone who is pregnant you can be charged with two counts of murder.

That in no way changes the fact that for an abortion, there is no death certificate issued. Now does it?

The only law that straddles this is the Born-Alive Infant Protection Act of 2002.

Under this law, assuming an abortion has occurred, and the fetus is still alive, and then at a point later dies, would a death certificate be issued.

One of my secondhand bookselling colleagues had almost the ideal death.

He was celebrating his birthday, surrounded by his friends, after a great evening meal, sitting in his favourite armchair in front of an open fire, with a Cuban cigar in one hand, a glass of vintage Cognac in the other, and his wife sitting on his lap.

He carefully put the empty glass of Cognac down, placed the cigar stub on the ashtray, leant his head back, closed his eyes, and he was gone...

His friends were jealous.

The numbers in SBG's chart were pretty close, in my original post I used the CDC's numbers. Still the average life expectancy is below Canada's, maybe something to do with those rifles?
