I don't know as I have the STUPIDEST cat in the world. No, trust me, she is a moron. She couldn't see a three ring circus pass through her cat bed, let alone a ghost. Now my chihuahua can sense the wrinkling of a McDonald's bag at 1.75 miles, in the dark, with the radio on full blast.

I believe that, as with all creatures, there are those that are sensitive and can sense things that the rest of the world misses.
Of course, there is the opposite end of the scale where, like Ambrosious' cat, they cannot even see past the end of their nose.

She has been know to shit in her food bowl, but I've never caught her eating litter, although she is a connoisseur of carpet threads.

On topic. Haven't you all known someone who saw things, sensed them? Most people have even had the experience themselves, especially women. And nothing against men with that statement, it just happens to be true. We seem more open and intuitive. Of course, we have to be to figure out what you mean when you answer questions with a grunt.
