Mr. Tinkles is that maniacal evil genius persian kitty who tried to take over the world by stealing Jeff Goldblum's anti-dogallergen vaccine and turning it into something that would make non-allergic people allergic to dogs. Never fear, though, the Canine Agents are on the case and they're protecting the humans and their dogs from killer siamese cat ninjas and the dreaded Russian. They did foil Mr. Tinkles in the fake snow factory, but since Mr. Tinkles is living with four fat germanic maids who insist on dressing him up in the most horrible of cutesy ways, I'll bet he makes a come back. Mr. Tinkles is a psychotic feline. He is an anti-hero that surpasses Dr. Evil.
