Doesn't necessarily take much. I know a girl who, while normally quite cute, jumps up about 8 notches on my Hawt-o-meter when she puts on a halloween costume set of cat-ears.

That said, she does tend to be somewhat cat-like in her movement, so that probably works in her favor.
