I prefer to take the rapist out to the woods find a try stump the same level as thier genitalia, take two old rusty raily road spikes, drive those through sed genetalia into the afore mentioned tree stump, then take out some honey and pour over the previously and currently impaled genetalia and then open a case of fire ants on top of the honey.
During all of this there feet would be chained to the stump and thier hands cuffed behind thier backs.
So that any struggles only makes it that much more, painful.
After a few ours of that release thier bodns and slowly remove the rail spikes and take them inside where you would careluuly wash out the woulds with pure peroxide and iodine. then stitch up the wounds with strands of steel wool
hopefully this would deter the rapist from wanted to rape again. if not repeat the process as neccesary.

i should say a lot worse than castrated with a spork.... how bout cut his balls off, fry them up, and make him eat them.

Actually I say we revoke their US citizenship and send em to India...there is a big demand for enuchs there anyway..send em straight to the "docs" who castarate em with germy tools.
