So trying to think outside of the box and put a spin on this cheesy fantasy. Imagine if a young couple wants to get into acting, together. So they audition together ... and the director (female) and producer (male) like this couple and in more ways then their acting skills.

So they bring in an actress to read and test the couple in different settings....then they bring in one more actor, a stud like Channing Tatum for a love scene. as Channing undresses both the wife and husband are taking back by his size...

not to be left out, the husband has to perform with Maggie Q

now, how to spin?

Main stream acting or porn? I ask because it's kind of hard to expect work if you say you will only work in main stream with your spouse.

It's more common in porn however.

Considering who you are talking about who they are to act with, I expect you will say the former.

Excuse my being thick, but what do you mean "spin"? Do you mean a hook?

Generally the spin for this would be they are instead filming a porn. There is a website that does casting couch scenes.

I think for this however it would be better to have it be an actual movie where the director is looking for unknowns to be most of the actors. Which is generally true of most movies since they can pay unknowns less. Anyway so there are two actual stars and there is a sex scene with both. So they want to see how the couple works with the stars and sex was not planned.

So sex ensues and one of them is hired, the other is not.

It could always be an independent film. Occasionally you get high profile actors looking to do something cutting edge, and you get a bunch of new actors in there. Sometimes those independent films are just this side of porn...
Sometimes those types of films will try to get their hands on anybody they can, and play multiple roles in the same film.
