Casting Call & OOC for "Banshee"

I'm looking for a group of six writers (including myself) to write in this...A tale of a small desert "oasis" in modern day times...It sets beside the old forgotten two lane road, that is hardly traveled since the finish of the superhighway a few miles off...

A small group of beings came, and with seemingly unlimited funds bought all the existing buildings and renovated them...

Slowly a young crowd was attracted, the remote location and the promise of sex and rock and roll spreading thru word of mouth brought them in small groups and a new club was born...

The club thrived, an endless stream of young people looking for a thrill flowing thru it each evening...No one noticed the occasional odd happening...No one was aware of the rare disappearance of a person here and there....All seemed to be rosy and blissful from the outside....

This is an attempt to mix limited supernatunal powers within the confines of reality...The beings are from our earth, born many eras before...and "blessed" with eternal life...

Why they came to this remote place and reasons they stay will be revealed as the thread moves on...what happens to them is up to all the writers involved...

I'd like to list the proposed characters below, not names or background but the role they would be playing...PM me or post here if you are interested...


Banshee Leader...Zoya, played by Maid Marvel... brought the small group to the United States, from a country overseas...Rumania, when the curse of Dracula overshadowed everything and they were able to escape....


Banshee accomplice (Nightray) has been with the Banshee leader since thier rebirth, and is the leaders staunchest ally


Motel Manager (male or female) Owned the "Blue Moon" before selling it to the Banshee leader and stayed on to operate it for him, now doubts if the decision was wise as the strange occurences keep happening...


Bartender (....Imoen ) Works for the bar, is human but loyal to her employer....Knows something strange is in the air, but being the first steady employment is glad to look aside, for the time being...

Bandleader/singer...(Badform) Was brought to the club to be the entertainment...stays at the hotel as a guest and sings her own fatefull songs each nite at the bar....


Talon...(will be played by myself) Comes to the small oasis as his "ride" breaks down...is stranded until repairs are made to it and he can move on...Suspicions are aroused at the purpose of him being there, and perhaps will be confirmed later...

Ray Cumo is a taxi driver, bringing young men and women to this new oasis. One day he goes inside the bar to use the bathroom and discovers what he's been missing. Now he is intrigued bythe area, and can't bring himself to miss out on the fun for even one night.

Age: 25
Black hair, brown eyes
Muscular build.

Oh my... the female singer looks EXTREMELY tempting. I would like in as her - so many options for switching between sub(to management) and dom(to audience etc)... I'm very interested in getting in on this one - the only thing I'd ask more info on is what sort of powers are we talking about? Emotional control? Light/Sound manipulation? Just sixth sense? Or something else.
