Yeah, I think there is much room for good ideas.
A group of young people (3 girls, 3 guys) are on a small yacht (or a sail boat) on a sailing trip. They are hit by a storm and in the end, their yacht is destroyed. And in the storm, many of their clothes are torn. So now, they are all halfnaked.
At first they have to take care of the normal stuff like food and new clothing. Since there are many edible plants and stuff like bananas, food is no problem. And many of the plants have big leaves, so clothing is no real problem either (even though it looks strange wearing leaves)
Since they are castaway, they got closer together and finally, some couples build up. Or, they all end up in gang bangs.
Finally, after about 5 months, they are rescued .... and all the girls are pregnant.
Of course, I can't resist: Imagine, if one of this couples are also brother and sister ..... So this guy makes his own sister pregnant ....

One of the guys has military survival training. Because he's the only one that knows how to survive, he becomes the leader of the group. Together, they find water and food and work on building a shelter. The island is warm and the clothes become optional.
The girls are all sexually attracted to the leader. After all, he's keeping them alive. He's flattered, but he's not a jerk. He doesn't want the other guys fighting him. He figures out some ways the other guys can take the lead so the girls will be attracted to them.
The girls don't want to get pregnant, so in the beginning there's lots of cuddling. Later, when everything's built and they're not working so hard, there's lots of oral sex.

After some weeks, there are a few couples - only this one girl wants to remain single (and virgin ?). However, so there is also a boy who is forced to remain single. He notices that all the other couples are happy together and that they have sex. So he becomes envy.

Another typical (I mean typical for me) version could be: On the ship, there are 2 happy couples and 2 siblings. Once they are stranded, the 2 couples are still happy together.

Richard Laymon's excellently creepy horror novel, "Island," has a theme not dissimilar to this. Laymon's specialty is writing from the POV of perpetually horny, tit-obsessed young men.
In this one, Rupert goes sailing with his standoffish girlfriend and her family -- two older sisters (one sexy, one drab), sexy mom, and various husbands. When the other men start getting killed off, Rupert's alone with the babes.
But be warned, it's a rather dark and nasty piece of work, this book. Especially the ending.
I loved it, but I'm kinda twisted
