Grey cool and rainy here in southern NB this morning. Turkey Day (canadian version) is this weekend so i'm readying myself for a tryptophane overdose. As well as a 4 or 5 pound weight gain. Mums stuffing and gravy are without peer.

Kind of a slow newsday localy. Milosivic seems to be on his last legs though ... I wonder if any one will have the balls and brass to snatch the prick for a little visit to The Hague.

Good morning!

It's cool and rainy here in southwestern Ontario too. When it's not raining, autumn is my favourite time of year. Unfortunately, the City workers came along and sawed down the tree in front of my house without warning, so I can't enjoy its change to fall colours this year.

Happy Thanksgiving wishes to you too, Ex, and everyone else! The whole fam damily descends upon my house Sunday, then I get to go celebrate with my dad's family on Monday. Twice the turkey for Sally!

But the mashed potatoes are made with butter and heavy cream. And there are two types of stuffing, one with mashed potatoes french bread onions and lots of sage, the other with cornbread and oysters that is equally spectacular.

Geeze what am I thinking if you want to join our table I would happily make you some.

Wild Rice, not too many bread crumbs of a dense bread like pumpernickle, whold cranberry's and green apple bits.

Well, since it's a "morning" thread, I will weigh in. AOL says it's 57F right now. Cloudy, a little windy, but no rain right now. We had rain, thunder, and lightning last night. Fall colors are highly unlikely here, due to the lack of rain this summer. Food? I'm still daydreaming about the salmon I had the other day. Yummy.
