How did you seize your day?

Me?

1. At zero notice, I was given ten minutes of being home alone. I spent that time having a loud and very satisfying orgasm in front of a log fire.

2. I was given an unexpected free hour at work. There was plenty I should have done, but my muse made an appearance and I spent that time sitting in an empty room, writing smut.

3. When I was out having a smoke, I encountered a church congregation, who were making a moonlit pilgrimage on foot, from one arse-end-of-nowhere church to another. I made friends with the vicar, because I wanted to try one of his cigars. It was very nice, and I even got invited to the church hall for coffee. I didn't go, though, because I was in the mood for a McDonalds instead.

Today has been very productive in all the things that areas in life that really matter

My day was the culmination of about a year's worth of blood, sweat and tears.

So I didn't exactly seize the day. I don't care. :)

You seriously are my hero. :D

I just spent 60 full minutes doing cardio at the gym. It's an investment in me. Me! I feel good. :)

Proud of you! I dunnow if that kind of thing would fall into the Carpe Diem brackets in my life, though. I'm kind of lazy like that ... :cathappy:

You hurtle down hills on a piece of board with wheels. Not my idea of lazy.

Wow - absofuckinglutely fabulous. You are my heroine. :rose:

I was stuck -
masturbated in my truck -
wanted to fuck - no luck.

So I wrote a pretty good kissing scene, instead.

Oh *blush* Took an apres-fun pic and sent it to my best friend.

i just spent about a minute and a half gazing at McK breasts. Does that count?

Didn't do much day siezing today, but spent a good three or four hours yesterday cuddling and falling asleep with the Bodyguard without chance of interruption. Followed by a quick (half hour or so) round of mind-blowing, cum dripping down your thigh type sex.

A little later on I decided that, dammit, the alpace fleece was MY Yule present, so it didn't have to be used for sale later on. So i'm spinning it into laceweight yarn (about twice the thickness of sewing thread after being plied) to knit myself a shawl. Spent a good hour or two doing that yesterday.

After that i decided a nice, loooong, steamy hot shower was in order. Just because. And it felt good.

Of course it's lazy! Do you think I'd do it if it involved a lot of physical exertion? All I have to do is stay on the board. The wheels do all the work

I'll set up a fan club and let you know :rose:

Masturbating in your truck is good! Definitely good use of the minutes that make up your lifetime! :D Respect!

So was the sex good?

All of this is Carpe Diem material - even more so if there was other stuff you needed to be doing. :D

Let's see....

1. Started the day at 5:30
2. Did 90 minutes on the stationary bike
3. Fucked off on lit
4. Showered
5. Fucked off on lit
6. Dismantled the bed in the guest room and moved it to my computer room to make space for the Craftmatic bed that I bought for my 84 year old father's visit next week. It'll get here Monday. (note to self: be sure to get Xanax for me for next week)
7. Fucked off on lit
8. Bought a new microwave to replace the one that blew up on Monday
9. Requested and received a credit check cuz folks kinda got me freaked out about some of my posts. Everything looks OK.
9. Fucked off on lit
10. Ordered two new toys online

That brings me to here......

fucking off on lit

There seems to be a definite theme to your day, Misty  And if you enjoyed it, why not?

It always is good when there's other stuff you should be doing :catroar: ;)

Shared the start of my day with the wife instead of getting ready for work in silence, and then a quick, sleepy goodbye kiss.

Did a good job well, at work.

The sun came out, I and others in the office had the windows open and blinds drawn back....it was bootiful.

Left at 3.30 cos I'd had enough, and came home to huge hugs from the wife.

Went through some Cds with little hope and was ecstatic to find one of the discs had all my AVs, my stories, even some of my ideas, and lots of photos.

Woohoo.

I've had my first drink in I can't remember how long, spent a lovely evening with wife, very shortly I'm off to bed.

Auntie Mat, on the quiet you're an absolute heroine :rose:

I did a good bit of editing (almost finished), and actually started a story, which is incredible if you consider that the last thing I managed to finish was my holiday 2005 story.

Cool. Looking forward to reading it, cloudy.

Some of my Diem was carped, but not all.

Good stuff; I brought the rent to my landlady in person, worked my charms on her and fixed a bug in her computer. She loves me, which is a good thing because I'm pretty sure I won't have the rent on time next month.

Bad stuff; I picked up one of my feral cats who has a bad abcess and put him into tthe carrier without fuss. Then as i was walking it to the car, the door opened and he got out. I grabbed him again and he sank his teeth into my hand, and got away. And Gawd Nose if he'll ever let me get near him again...

'nother bad thing; My mouse keeps cutting out, and I don't know if it's the keyboard or the mouse...

Sick the feral cat on that mouse... :D

Sign me up in the "Zade is my hero" club. :)

Add McKenna too - one hour in the gym - yay you!

Not much carpe-ing here - just another busy, modestly productive day in Roxanne-land. I did go do my mandatory 3-mile run even though it was just 10 degrees and windy, but to be honest running in the cold does not bother me in the least (heat does though), so while it sounds dramatic I only get the standard jog "yay me." (I'll take it. ;) )

Damn that hurts. No nt the getting bit, you learn to expect that when you deal with Wild Ones. No what hurts is the trying to help one of them when they are sick and they don't understand.
