I guess I'm in a shitty self-righteous mood today, so I'll do it for you.
You're trying to slut-shame an entire populus,
just like germans were accused (although probably there was a tiny grain of truth, there) of being complices to the genocide, by silently overlooking it.
But we're talking about a few rogue deviants here - and not a concerted enterprise at nation levels.
