End of passion play, crumbling away
I'm your source of self-destruction
Veins that pump with fear, sucking darkest clear
Leading on your deaths construction
Taste me you will see
more is all you need
you're dedicated to
how I'm killing you

Come crawling faster
obey your Master
your life burns faster
obey your Master
Master
Master of Puppets I'm pulling your strings
twisting your mind and smashing your dreams
Blinded by me, you can't see a thing
Just call my name, `cause I'll hear you scream
Master
Master
Just call my name, `cause I'll hear you scream
Master
Master

The words, the music, surrounding her.... Loud, thrumming, pounding, thunder that roared, the words deep, dark, penetrating......

Needlework the way, never you betray
life of death becoming clearer
Pain monopoly, ritual misery
chop your breakfast on a mirror
Taste me you will see
more is all you need
you're dedicated to
how I'm killing you

Come crawling faster
obey your Master
your life burns faster
obey your Master
Master
Master of Puppets I'm pulling your strings
twisting your mind and smashing your dreams
Blinded by me, you can't see a thing
Just call my name, `cause I'll hear you scream

Rae gyrated on the floor, along with the hundreds of other kids at this particular party. At least it felt like hundreds. Sweaty bodies, the stench of beer and pot.... and.... sex....

The party had gone long into the weekend, and Rae had been there since nearly the beginning. Was she supposed to be?? Hell NO. But she had just turned 18, this was her first taste of a real, down, dirty, forbidden fruit, and she was liking it.

To look at her, with her midnight black hair, clear blue eyes, and pale smooth skin, one would think she would fit right in with the hard partying, gothic themed crowd. She looked the part, that was for sure, but in reality, she was quiet, innocent, and while not naive, she had never been drunk, or high, and... she was still a virgin....

At this particular moment, none of that mattered. She was fully embraced within the dark world she had ventured into this weekend, and she was loving it..

Master, Master, Where's the dreams that I've been after?
Master, Master, You promised only lies
Laughter, Laughter, All I hear and see is laughter
Laughter, Laughter, laughing at my cries
Hell is worth all that, natural habitat
just a rhyme without a reason
Neverending maze, drift on numbered days
now your life is out of season
I will occupy
I will help you die
I will run through you
Now I rule you too

Come crawling faster
obey your Master
your life burns faster
obey your Master
Master
Master of Puppets I'm pulling your strings
twisting your mind and smashing your dreams
Blinded by me, you can't see a thing
Just call my name, `cause I'll hear you scream

It was now Sunday, and the party was finally winding down. It was obvious that alot of the kids, most were barely above 18, and surely not all that many were over say, 22... it was obvious that most of these kids were used to this kind of partying... They were ready for more.

Rae knew she had to go. She had told her father that she was spending the weekend at Alison's. Alison was Rae's best friend. She was blonde haired and blue eyed, and as innocent as Rae was, only Alison looked that innocent. Alison knew Rae was going to the party, and in reality, she was jealous. She would never dare lie to her parents the way Rae lied to her father. Alison thought that it must have been easier to lie to one parent, and since Rae didn't have a mother, she had abandoned Rae many years ago, Alison thought that it was just easier to fool one parent.

The 2 had talked for hours about the upcoming all weekend party. Talked about who Rae would meet and the fun she would have.

As Rae stumbled out of the house, and into the night, her fogged mind, numb from sleeplessness, and the wine she had allowed herself to indulge in... could not even remember most of the people she had met. She remembered the loud music, and the endless dancing, gyrating, swaying... she remembered being touched, groped, on more than one occassion, and was glad she had worn jeans and NOT a skirt. Her hazed mind remembered seeing a girl, in a short skirt, pressed against a wall.... living room?? dining room?? kitchen?? against some wall, a guy pounding into her. She looked as if she were unconscious, and that was a good thing, since there was a line of guys waiting their turn... It was that image that kept Rae awake. She did NOT want that girl to be her....

She paused at the edge of the lawn... was someone following her? Did she even remember the way home? Rae did not have a car, she had hitched a ride to the neighborhood she was now in... should she hitch a ride home? What time was it...

She wasn't even sure whose car she got into, no... no wait... yes she was... it was Cheryl, almost as drunk as she felt... she'd get killed if she stayed riding around in this death trap. At the stop sign, she bailed out....

Maybe, maybe she would just walk, and clear her head.....

Keeping his head bowed slightly, he lifted his gaze as he began taking a sip of the noxious beverage. From over the rim of his plastic cup, he spied upon a girl who had what he desired: The looks.
She was beautiful to him, and a piece of work that needed what he knew he would give to her.

"I would wake every god, just to prove to her my point," he muttered under his breath.
"Hahaha, what man?"
He blinked as he glanced over to the inebriated imbecile next to him, though realizing that he was thinking aloud. Shrugging the fool off, he pushed himself off from against the wall he was leaning on as she began stumbling by - my, my.. she had just a wee bit much for her small body to manage.

"Whoa, dude, you're not gonna wait anymore?"
Setting his cup on the nearby countertop, he turned to whomever was speaking to him, "Huh?"
"Nevermind, man! Just get out of the way!"
It hadn't even occurred to him until the guy pushed him out of the way, with a hard-on already poking out from his fly that there was a semi-unconscious girl being used by all the drunkards as a fucktoy.
"Dude, she still feels tight!"
The one drunkard high fived another as he began pounding himself into the girl.
"Make her drink this whenever she comes around again," said one as he began ejaculating into a plastic cup that contained more alcohol.

Shaking his head, he brushed past the crowd following the direction of Her. Her demeanor craved attention, and an innocence about her that came off as arrogance - or so how he analyzed her. He approached his car, and unlocked it with the keyless entry as with most newer model vehicles before pausing - and looking around. Where had She gone? Surely, she couldn't have simply vanished that fast..

'She'll be around again, if she was at this party - she'll surely be at another one again,' he heard himself think.

As he climbed in and turned on the ignition, he noticed what looked like Her climbing into a vehicle that took off. He paused to consider and looked at the timeclock on the dashboard console; and with a shrug, he put the vehicle into drive and pulled away into the direction that the other vehicle went.
He always felt like a ghost when he tailed people, a feeling he enjoyed - a sense of power for him. Maybe it was the dark color of his car..

He slowed down to allow the vehicle he tailed to drive ahead until it eventually came to a stop around the corner. A passenger exited the vehicle, and began walking away, stumbling every now and then before stopping at the edge of a lawn. It was Her.
She glanced around, taking in her surroundings and even glancing back at the corner where he was waiting. Did she notice him?
His heart was racing. He was actually going to do it, he had determined.

Pulling his vehicle alongside her, he pressed a button to roll the passenger window down as he leaned to the side.
"Hey! Weren't you at that party in Oceanside? What're you doing all the way out here for? Didja need a lift?"

Now he just needed to find a way to earn her trust, for only a little bit. That was all he needed.

"Never..... Never talk... talk to Strangers" The voice sounded hollow, chilling, almost ethereal. Whose voice was that? Hers? "Never, never talk to Strangers"

Huh??? Now why the hell had that floated into her mind?? She had talked to Strangers all night, talked, danced, flirted, had she even kissed one? Fingers lightly brushed her lips at the thought, no... no wait... she hadn't...she had wanted to, she thought he was cute... but....

But....

"Never talk to Strangers"

"Hey! Weren't you at that party in Oceanside? What're you doing all the way out here for? Didja need a lift?"

Rae blinked. A lift? A lift where? Hadn't she just gotten out of a car?? Wait, that's right... Cheryl... she had just gotten out of Cheryl's car, because Cheryl was drunk. What was she doing all the way out here? This wasn't home..

"Ummm, I don't really know" Rae stammered "Cheryl was drunk, so I bailed." Blinking, Rae tried to focus into the car, but the figure inside was nothing more than a shadow. Did she know Him?

"Do, Do I know you?"

He sounded sober at least, as opposed to the slurring Cheryl. Rae knew she had, well, had a little too much to drink. Her head was swimming. She wasn't used to this hard partying. The late night, no sleep, several glasses of wine.

"Never... never talk to.... "

"Oh shut up" she scolding herself.

"I do need a ride, but, are You sober??" She wanted a ride. Needed a ride. She just wanted to make sure He was sober. Didn't matter that He was a Stranger...

A soft chortle came from him as she leaned slightly closer in attempt to get a view into the vehicle, only to slightly stumble forward from the curb she was leaning on. Her hand rested on top of the open window, regaining her balance as he put the vehicle into park and stepped out.

"Nevermind the fact if I'm sober, you're the one that definitely needs a lift. Come on, I'll get you out of here. Don't you know the police are out in force tonight because of the end of the school year?"

She probably had seen him before. Or at least, he'd seen her on more than one occasion.
Once through the halls of the building, she was running late for class or some type of appointment - and rounded the corner much too quickly, only to run right into him. She apologized profusely before gathering her belongings and running off again. He hadn't even spoken a word to her, but worse a cheshire-like grin.
On another occasion, she was with a couple of girlfriends of hers. ..Cheryl, perhaps? It didn't matter to him then, and it didn't matter to him now. Something within him made her love and despise her. She seemed like the spoiled rotten type that didn't care for people, like him - and casually acted as though everything she'd ever said and did was innocent and would be forgiven.

A third and final occasion that made him come to the conclusion that he would have her, no matter what the consequences, came on a raining evening on the campus. She was on date with some guy, he was probably a few years older than her, as he attempted to exhibit his experience and put on his moves with her.
She relented as he leaned into her, his moist breath brushing past her lips until they met in a passionate kiss. The young fellow's hands running along her body until one hand began sliding up her skirt, she squirmed slightly. He watched from a bench, the rain pouring down upon him, though could still see almost as clear as day - and watched as the young man pulled her panties down from her thighs.

She began shouting at that point, and the young man she was with stopped, and began shouting back at her until she got out of the vehicle. "Aw, come on, babe! You know we can do it," the young man protested as he leaned out of the car, watching her pulling her panties from around her ankles.
Off in the distance, he watched as his hazel eyes fixated upon her form. The light material of her dress quickly becoming drenched in rain and sticking to her body - her nipples hardening from the cool air through the fabric.
The young man started laughing as she struggled with the undergarments. "Babe, it's a sign, you can't get 'em back on so let's just go back to my dorm and let's do it!"

Without a word, and without much of a sound made, he was seated in the passenger seat of the young man's car. By then, the young woman had simply hiked up her panties and dashed into her dorm as she sobbed in fear of the college senior's sexual prowess. The senior chortled as she reached the door to close it, and muttered: "Freshmen."
Once he closed the door he spied from the corner of his eye, He was sitting there, staring at him.
"WHAT THE FUCK! GET OUT OF MY CAR, MAN!"

He grabbed the senior's collar and pulled him face to face, "She is mine," he muttered matter-of-factly, his voice gravely.
"Okay, okay man.. look, I didn't know she had a boyfriend - she said she was avail-" and suddenly a quick jab met his face. Blood quickly began trickling down his nose.
"Did you not hear me, boy? I said she is mine."
The college senior began sobbing out loud and grabbed at his nose, "My fucking nose! Don't kill me man! Please!"
"Drive."

The next day, that senior transferred to another state university without a word to his closest friends. Whatever He had said or done, had caused the young man to want to leave for good.

He came around to where she was leaning against the car, and put a hand on her shoulder. She seemed slightly defensive, until he pulled his hand away and slowly put it back on her shoulder.
"Hey, hey... easy. I know what a few guys tried to do to you, but I'm not going to easily take advantage of you like that."
A soft smirk played across his face until it quickly faded and he opened the door.
"Look, if I wasn't sober, I don't think I would be acting quite this way. Yeah, I did have a couple drinks - but I can hold my alcohol. You, on the other hand, whatever they gave you there - you probably shouldn't have had."

Still holding the door, he motioned for her.
"I'm not going to wait here all night for the police to come and pick you up. Come on.."
So distrustful, yet arrogant... he was loving her more and more with each passing moment that he could look up on her. To view her naked body would be something he would love to see, in due time..

She had a moment of hesitation, as if that inner voice, was trying to scream out, but was being effectively gagged by exhaustion, wine, and her inexperience. But she did have that moment of hesitation. If only that voice had broken thru...

Maybe she should just call Alison. Alison would be able to borrow her father's car and come and get her, right? But it was the middle of the night, her parents would flip out... Oh yeah, NOW that voice speaks up. Of course if Alison's parents found out, so would her father. She'd be grounded for life... She couldn't call Alison. At least not for a ride.

"Nevermind the fact if I'm sober, you're the one that definitely needs a lift. Come on, I'll get you out of here. Don't you know the police are out in force tonight because of the end of the school year?"

The police?? That would be worse than Alison's parents. Her father was a cop. No... no no no... she couldn't let the police find her. Hell they all KNEW her.

"Look, if I wasn't sober, I don't think I would be acting quite this way. Yeah, I did have a couple drinks - but I can hold my alcohol. You, on the other hand, whatever they gave you there - you probably shouldn't have had."

He was holding the door, motioning for her.

"I'm not going to wait here all night for the police to come and pick you up. Come on.."

Nodding, she took one last look at the deserted street. Where the hell was she anyways?

"ok" her voice was soft, melodic, deepening slightly in her exhaustion.

She slid into the car, settling into the comfortable seat, that moment of hesitation past. Last thing she needed was the cops finding her, and her father finding out.

As He climbed into the drivers seat, she already had her cell phone open and had pushed the speed dial.

"Hey Alison"

"yeah, yeah, I know what time it is, well, sort of. Something like 3 in the morning? sorry... sorry, I didn't mean to wake you. Alright, yeah yeah, I'll call you in the morning, well, later in the morning and tell you all about the party. Night sweets, Luv ya"

Shaking her head, she clicked the cell closed. "Grouchy" she muttered to herself before looking at the Man who was now seated beside her, the car pulling away from the curb...

"Thanks......." her voice trailed off. She didn't even know His name, and suddenly that voice tried to come to life again. But once more, it was gagged silent.

"My name's Rae by the way, were You at the party?"

"Hey, Allison. Yeah, yeah, I know what time it is, well, sort of."

A smirk played upon his face as he started the ignition, fastening his safety belt.

"..Something like 3 in the morning? sorry... sorry, I didn't mean to wake you. Alright, yeah yeah, I'll call you in the morning, well, later in the morning and tell you all about the party. Night sweets, Luv ya"

She settled into the passenger seat as he put the vehicle into drive and slowly began pulling away from the curb.

"My name's Rae by the way, were You at the party?"

He only nodded at first as he approached an unmarked intersection, glancing about to make sure traffic was clear before he peeled out into the direction of the nearby town.

"Whatever kind of party it was supposed to be, yeah, I was there."

It was curious to him, to observe the behavior of young adults coming into their own. Many of them, once out of the familiar confines of home and the watchful eye of their parents lost themselves into the lust of excess. Many would party into the wee hours of the morning, only to lose themselves to either alcohol or a random stranger at the party.

She wasn't quite like the rest of them, although she had her moments - such as earlier. He'd always wondered how she never seemed to recognize him from before, unless her attitude about herself granted her the inability to recognize a face that wasn't of some phony means.

He glanced between her and the road, as she seemed to try to understand his response.

"... All there was to do there was drink alcohol and bump and grind to music. I didn't quite see the point in it. And judging from how you were standing, you had a wee bit much to drink. Weren't you afraid that maybe some guy would try and take advantage of you?"

Shaking his head, he actually began to chuckle to himself.
"I bet I sound like your father."

"Look, I don't mean to lecture because I'm by no means a saint - I was there and had a few drinks myself, had a few shoving matches with overloading testosterone and even had to push a few girls off me. But you..."

He stopped in midsentence, realizing he wasn't even sure where he was taking her - just heading off in a direction he assumed was her home.
I need more time to garner her trust, he thought to himself.
"Wait, just exactly where am I taking you, by the way? I just started driving and lecturing you about something I have no right to."
