Can't Remember This Actor's Name

Something on another thread about actors/actresses made me think of this guy, but I can't think of his name.

Character actor through the 60s, 70s and 80s. Mostly on TV, maybe a few movies. Usually played a villain, but not always. Sometimes a surfer type. Along the lines of Bo Hopkins, Bo Svenson, William Smith, Gary Busey, Nick Nolte. Did a few Hawaii Five-0s and other shows of that period.

Something happened to his face; accident, fight, disease, not sure. Disfigured after that and did more villain roles.
