Can't get out of my head

First post usually a lurker. I am having a issue a few years ago I read a story series about a guy who gets the ability the ability to change someone's body and during this time he uses it for profit but also good causes now about the ability to heal someone he has to use there mass/ fat now he can take some from others to do so and also say make people skinny by taking their excess and transfer it to other ppl. He opens a spa / doctor office and this becomes his business. he heals children for free he barely charges actual health problems but charges the rich ( robin hood like). As the story goes it's starts with one female and ends with5-7 and two who are his male bodyguards but get changed for blending in and actually like it and stay. If anyone has any ideas on the story please help I have read/ searched and can't remember it and it's living rent fre in my head
