Can't get it out of my head

I had to reload from an old set of bookmarks recently and there is one story in particular I have been trying to track down now for a few weeks. Being terrible with names, I don't remember the title or author. Here is what I can remember.

1. This is a series story, there were several entries.
2.Story is in a fictional world where slavery is legal and part of the penal system.
3.Female protagonist in a Highschool setting, freshman year who just moved to a new town to live with her two aunts.
4.Main protagonist winds up being the controller/domme for severl girls going through the penal system throughout the story.

Please chime in if you recognize this series.

Freshman year high school is underage. You shouldn't be able to find the story on Literotica. It shouldn't be here.
