I read a fairly long story a while back, with two young couples that were dating, girlfriend was 'saving herself' for marriage, and the boyfriend was okay with it. They had been together as friends since a young age, so both families were used to them being very close, but trusted them.
They end up going on a vacation to a beach like resort town and there's some mistake with the hotel rooms (how convenient) and the families decide it will be okay if the couple shares a room together, since they're so trustworthy and all (*cough*).
At any rate, they end up getting very close, and it's not long before the mothers are encouraging them and the fathers are pretending not to notice.
I may have a few of those details wrong, but hopefully it rings a bell with someone.
