Can't find story anymore

I'm looking for a story about a guy who's on business in Vegas and gets a note to meet another guy in his hotel room. The guy in the hotel room pays the other to have sex with him (he pays with casino chips), but he reverses the deal and demands payment to make the guy reach orgasm. I THOUGHT it was called "lessons learned", but I'm not so sure now--I can't find it anywhere. Anyone seen this story?

The search stories function has been improved; it sounds like you ought to be able to find it with all the clues you have. But people do pull their stories off the site. It may be gone.
