I really want to find a certain story that I read perhaps a year ago, and really liked. I don't remember the title, but it was an incest/taboo story set it recent times about a mother and son who have sex while the dad is away (I think at the Iraq war). It starts quite innocently, but ends with the mother becoming pregnant to the son, but pretending that the baby is the father's (he comes home shortly after she falls pregnant).
I've tried searching for the story, but without luck. Does it ring a bell with anyone?
