Can't Find a Favorite Story of Mine

Hey guys. I've been searching today for a story which i remember having been very well written, but i just can't seem to find it. The story is about a boy in school who discovers one day that he can stop/start time using his anger. With this power, he gets into all kinds of erotic situations (with his teacher, on the bus etc.).

Anyone know the name or how i can find it?

Okay, I put, "stop time," in parentheses and hit, (sci-fi) in the advanced mode and came up with 16 stories. I suggest you do the same and see if that brings up your story.

If that does not work, you can narrow down your search if you can remember a name or 2 or 3 word phrase from the story. Also, I'm assuming in this case, the category would be sci-fi, if not, if you can remember what category it was in, it also helps to narrow it down.
