Can't Enter Chat

Whenever I try to enter Literotica Chat, I get a message saying Chat Is Not Available. Is it down? Was I banned?

It says "You can't enter chat right now. Try waiting a bit and" but I've been waiting for a few hours now and still nothing.

You haven't been banned from the chat, there's no record of that. Try clearing your browser's cache or switching to another browser.

Okay well that's good news. I have tried clearing my cache and switching browsers and even switched devices and it's still not letting me log in.
