Can't edit "Location" in member's profile

On the literotica site (not forum), in the member's profile I can't change "My Location" No matter what I put in there, it stays the same as before (I set it up years ago).

I wanted to remove it or hide it, but I can't.

I tried to change my location and it also didn't work, although the new value appeared in the box on the edit page. But, then I went to the old control panel (where the edit box was empty!) and changed it there. This time it worked.
