Cant access control panel

Recently had the problem of 404 not found and/or not accessing control panel, dont know if the ossue is back or not. Tried notifying but when sending the email/message i get either 404 or member doesnt exist, is this happening for anyone else?

On my phone, I can only log in using Secret Mode, both the forums and the control panel.
