Cant access Chat

Hi there! Have tried to access Chat over the last several days. I get the same message each time. "Cannot access chat right now" Try in a few minutes or go back to site? I have logged on and off, have cleared all cookies and cache and still unable to access chat? I to my knowledge have not been banned. Any reason why i cant enter chat?
