Cannot start chat .. too many redirects

Using iPhone and safari browser private browsing mode . Can’t login to chat says too many redirects .

You'll probably want to try clearing whatever caches you're using and restarting your phone. The Tech Support forum may be of use as well.

Thank you did that . Restarting and cleaning cookies . Didn’t work; also checked in forum. A lot of the post for couldn’t log in and iPhone where because they were banned. So back to the same issue..

Are you running a VPN on your phone? That can cause a sync problem with the authorization server but it usually clears itself in a minute or two if you keep trying.

No VPN . That’s disabled , however it is a work phone and has a device management profile on it .

Sometimes i find that LIT just has this issue randomly, even on PC - it usually clears itself up after few hours/days

You're using lit on a work phone?!

Could be the device management profile so try logging in with your own phone or a laptop.

It’s private browsing mode I am logging in via browser and not using the app.
Ok will try on personal device thank you

i sometimes found it resolved if i used a different browser, also clear all cookies and browsing history..
