Cannot play audio stories on iPhone

I am not sure if it is a setting on my iPhone. I have iOS 17.4. For some reason or another audio files are not playing. Has anyone else experienced this issue with iPhone?

What is the iOS app name for Literoctica on the iPhone? Is it "Litero" or something else? I downloaded the app and could not sign in with my ID. Thanks.

I also was looking for a app. no luck but siri will read anything on the screen. turn on in accessibility then swipe down with two fingers good luck
