Cannot Get Into Control Panel, Home, Favorites, etc

Hello:
Troubles getting into control panel.
I get hung up on the page where it says, "Control Panel is Loading...."
I get a check mark for "Application Code" but swirling circles for "Constants" and "Session Data".
This happens whether I go in through main page, or through chat.
Unable to get to Home, Favorites, etc.
Help, please!

Have same problem, it's also in quite a few other threads, but not getting a response from support. Mine is problem accessing from iPad using Chrome or Safari.

Have you completely purged your cache? Try logging out, purging, and logging back in. That's worked for me in the past. Or come in on a different browser.

New iPad works fine

Bought a new iPad and all working fine now...guess I needed the more current operating system and old system no longer supported.

No, there may have been something wrong with your old device. Lit is a PHP driven site that returns HTML. Your OS had nothing to do with how that is handled, the browser you use handles all of that.

You might have had to update your browser on your old device. And if you're using Apple hardware I bet you're using Safari and it needed and update. I have three devices, non-Apple, I the only time I had trouble get to the control panel was when it was under construction.

I know that this is an old thread, but I'm having the same problem and cannot figure out what to do.

For about a year, the Control Panel was acting very slow for me. It would lag letting me in, but eventually did. A couple of months ago, that completely stopped. I now have the exact same experience that the OP did.

I have attempted to use Firefox, Chrome, and even Edge with no success. All are updated to the most current. Same experience with each one. My PC isn't ancient. It's three years old and runs Windows 10, so I don't think that would be a problem. Does anyone else have an idea of what could be causing the problem? And why it effects a minority of people but not others? I would love to be able to fully use the site again.
