cannot change profile picture

So as the title says I logged into my portal and did a few updates to info as well as a new picture. I hit save. When I looked at my profile later the info had changed but the old picture remained. Am I doing something wrong or is this not working correctly?

Oh I just tried again and realized it says waiting for moderation. Just curious, how long does this normally take?
