Cannot access my followers list

I have tried a few times over the past week to look at my followers on the site. Each time, I get a "Failed to fetch" message. I had not tried to look at my followers' information in quite some time. Is this simply a short-term issue as the site implements changes to the author dashboard, or is it a problem with my account?

I was only checking now because I had taken some time off from writing and I was curious how many people had begun following me since mid-December when I resumed putting new material on the site.

Can you let me know exactly where (the URL) you are seeing the "failed to fetch" message?

I tested it with my account in all the places I could think of, but I likely have a lot less followers than you.

If you can let me know the exact URL, I will do more testing.

I tried using MS Edge and Google Chrome to browse it, and got the same "! Failed to fetch" message in a pink rectangle with both browsers.

Should I put a post about this in the AH to see if anyone else is having the same issue? I figure it might be helpful to see if that's the case--either you can narrow down the types of accounts that are having the issue or we can figure out if it's just me.

Okay, I posted in the AH and got a few replies. None of them have this issue, and they use a variety of browsers including MS Edge and Chrome. I also e-mailed a few other authors. The only other author who has the same issue is TryAnything. Like me, he gets that "Failed to fetch" message. I've sent e-mails to a couple of other authors who have lots of followers to see if that is the issue--if it is only accounts that have 3000+ followers or something like that.

Okay, I have heard back from a couple more folks who have a lot of followers, and the consensus seems to be that once you get above a certain threshold, you can't access your followers list any more. Not everyone gets the same "Failed to fetch" message that I got, but nobody with 3000+ followers can access that function.

I have no idea what the actual "threshold number" is. I know I had no problem accessing it a year or so ago when I had about half the number of followers that I do now--roughly 1750.
