But in the interview after the game, it has come out that the US Women had the Canadian Flag on the FLOOR of their dressing room...that is just bad!

Sorry to hear about that!! No need for that type of thing.

This should inspire the Canadian Men as well! Would really like their finals to be USA vs Canada, but it will depend on tomorrow!

I've been watching on the CBC , and I just heard that too. If that is true, it's inexcusable.

Congratulations to Canada as well. I did not get to see all of the game, but the part I did see it looked like Canada was very well prepared. The lady that scored their 2nd goal made a helluva play.

Ya gotta listen to everything before jumping in... apparently, the flag has been there since day one, to remind the Americans that Canada was the team to beat. They didn't stamp all over our flag... it would've been quite surprising if they had.

Still, a great victory and never a doubt in my mind that Canada would end up with the Gold!

an aside, can someone enlighten me as to why so many penalities were called, especially as to my eyes they were all pretty much incidentals - I mean, come on, let them play... or is that the way it always is in women's hockey? They seem tough enough to be able to handle a little pushing and shoving, after all.

last period Canad gets our second wind and woops them in the last few mins.
