Guess I'd have to answer this one yes since, in the past, I've gone home with someone I had met in the bar. It's something I'm not proud of and I wouldn't do it again. My self esteem is in a better place than it was at that time.
 
Can you? Of course, if you are physically able to engage in sex, you CAN have sex with a total stranger. Now the question would you (which is what everyone really answered) is something entirely different.

I believe given the right set of circumstances most people would and really, until you've been in that situation, you can only speculate. I have been there and I did have sex with the stranger.
 
I'd have to say no, but it's really not as straight forward as that.

I have a fantasy that with my partner he would blindfold me and bring in another person, someone I would never know who it is, Now they may not be a stranger to me, but for that moment they would be.

But you didn't ask about Fantasy, so NO I couldn't. I too need to have some sort of physical and mental attraction to the person I sleep with.

Hey Nicole! :D How have you been lately?

Why can't you be physically or mentally attracted to a stranger? I assume by stranger, we are referring to someone we don't know or maybe just met. I've met people who captured my attention instantly with something they've said or done. Couple that with the right physical features, why couldn't you be attracted?

I guess you can have both attractions to a stranger, but I also know how my mind works, and to get the mental aspect I need to spend at least a short time with them.

I'm really not the type of person to take "risks" like that. I'm not saying it's a risk for everyone, but for me it is, and truthfully anyone that can do that, I actually admire.

Absolutely true, not only subjective, but often short-lived.

I'm not advocating anyone abandon a stable relationship for sex with strangers or make it a habit. But I don't regret anything (or anyone) I've done. Proper precautions were taken, neither one of us assumed it was anything more than what it was. It had nothing to do with being young and foolish.

I think there is still a subconsious stigma attached to sex outside of a commitment.
 
yes. I'm not sure that I would now but have done so when I was a lot younger.
Mind you I'm not actually sure that I wouldn't now. Given the same amount of alcohol.:confused:
 
Honestly no, I wouldn't be able to perform, even if I tried, with a complete stranger.
Like so many others have said, I ahve to have a connection with the person in question, know her somehow.
 
If its a here is a key see who is in there complete stranger then no. If however its a you met that person that day and spent some time with them. Then its a possibility. It all depends on the situation. Hopefully I won't have to worry about that anymore and I will atatched from now on but thats another story.
