I was wondering if anyone else has been through this. Where you find yourself not being able to believe what your bf, husband, or whatever is tell you? And if so how can you get pass it? And it's more about when it's words, and not deeds.

Yes, I lived through 6 months of not being able to believe anything I was told. I knew he was lying, he knew he was lying. I vowed never again.

If you don't trust the person you're supposed to be able to trust most in the world, then there isn't a relationship worth saving there anymore. But that's my opinion. It's hard for me to trust to begin with, violating that trust is the end.

Yes,you are so right.

Without trust there is nothing.

Once I have been lied to, I will never know if I can believe that person again. Knowing they had the ability to deceive me once, I will always wonder about their honesty. :(

Actions usually do speak louder than words.............I trust my instincts because they never steer me wrong.........If I feel someone is lying to me, I will ask them about it........their body language says it all..............

all, Being human are not infallable. Trust is a matter of how much you have to lose.
it is easier to trust someone who cannot for whatever reason hurt you.
unconditional love of another who tries not to hurt you, lie to you, or betray you is about the best we can hope for in this world.

you can do a hell of a lot with an even break.

I am with you here 100%...the voice says one thing while the body language says a totally different story...
