Perhaps I don't post as much as I used to anymore, but I do still read as many of the posts as often as I can. And I don't follow the anti-newbie sentiment and in particular what many of the older members are saying - I can quote some of them to the effect that the standard of posts is waning. What crap.

I am, as you know, a constitutional and international human rights lawyer, and after reading the thread started by ShyGuy on 'An eye for an eye' I am convinced that nothing could be further from the truth. The posts on that thread are of the most insightful that I have seen anywhere. I think that this BB has an incredible collective mind. And sometimes it's refreshing, not threatening, to rejuvenate with new blood and the corresponding wealth of new ideas.

What I wanted to say is that I am truly proud to be a part of the literotica family - that's all.

Well said, Slut_boy. I don't post all that much and I can't keep up with the volume of the BB anymore. There are now so many threads and responses that it's beyond my ability to follow more than a few threads so I become selective.

Like you, I found the 'Eye for an Eye' thread interesting and I have responded to your latest post.

And by golly, I'm already over 200 posts and I've only been doing this since October '99! How much do I owe Laurel for all the server space my ramblings occupy?
