My supplier is pissing me man. Dallas area, how much can you get them for? Love you man.

Jack

$16 per carton.

Mine are pretty close. $5.65 for 250 filter tubes and $16 for a bag of tobacco.

Works out to two bags of tobacco for every 3 boxes of tubes.

I just have to make them on the machine. Takes about 20 mins a carton.

I'm in Virginia, they hand them out on the school buses here.

I don't buy cartons. I just go to wherever I am when I run out and tell them to give me their cheapest menthols or smoke the ecigs or bum them off other people. It seems like I smoke a lot but I rarely run out. They must just appear. The tobacco fairy must leave them. But generally I spend $3-$4 a pack. Probably is cheaper to buy them by the carton but that just sounds like a problem waiting to happen. I have this demon spawn who likes to crawl in cabinets and lurk like a goblin and eat the things she finds there. Last thing I need her eating is a carton of smokes.

They sell a machine so you can roll and stuff your own. The machine is about $60 and the papers are cheap as are the bags of tobacco. A friend of mine that has one says it works out to only a little more than a buck a pack.

If I get desperate I'll roll them on my joint maker thing. Where you put the weed in the box and put the paper on the roller and close it. But I need to be wanting a smoke pretty bad because they come out looking like joints with no filter and it's a weird experience.

But then the woman gets all pissed because you can't get all the tobacco out and it posions up the weed when she tries to roll a joint.

Yep. You can get good machines for cheap. I've broke one or two, used another until it fell apart. But the one I have now is two years old and going strong. Haven't even worn the bolt on the bottom loose yet.

Candi, I use this one:

By far the best variarion of this style machine I have ever come across. The only thing that sucks is every now and then the rubber bottom falls off and makes a mess, usually when you aren't paying attention.

The only way to break one of these is if you over pack it, and then force it a bunch of times.

Tops Filter tubes (menthol or not)

...and I like this tobacco: (which comes in menthol)

..and this one (I mix them):

The pipe tobacco burns slower and works better in the machines, IMO

Ooooh, those are pretty. They look like what they're supposed to look like.

Yep. Makes a mighty fine smokable.

I suggest the TOP tubes, I usually only end up ruining one or two here and there.
The Premeir machines are really nice too, but they use plastic parts that will wear out after about a year, and they don't have a handle like the T2.

DO NOT use Premeir tubes. They have this weird film that comes off on you lips, like someone painted the cigarrette tube, and they don't fit all machines well.

Machines like these can make all kinds of sizes too. Like one machine does kings and 100s.

The T2 comes with this little bracket for use with king tubes, but you can just chuck it, you don't need it.

Just takes some practice using the machine to get it right all the time. I've been using it so long I can do it in the dark.

ya ah teh.

...but the travel cost will eat up your savings.
