The United States already spends more on our military than the next eight countries combined. These eight include Russia and China. The best financed, best equipped military in the world still lost big time to the North Vietnamese Army and the Taliban.

The U.S. military is an expensive government spending program that does not work. The only reasons we waste so much money on this worthless boondoggle is because military contractors are major contributors to the Republican Party and because the military is the Republican jobs program. Republicans would rather pay people to kill than to improve lives.
