Can the thrill be GONE?

I was so thrilled with the GB when I first discovered it. It was so cool to openly discuss sex with other horny people - stuff like affairs, gay-curiosity, shaving, dick size, facials, etc. Very educational and exciting.

But now I feel that I've become desensitized - the thrill seems gone. The same threads come up over and over. People that seemed intelligent and sensitive now seem whiny and bored.

I've read some posts that say the GB has its ups and downs. Is it in a down right now? How can we bring it back up? Is there such a thing as a fresh topic anymore? I just wrote a post about my hedge trimmer - it has GOT to get better than that.

I know what you mean. But the problem is there has been so many post coming up with a new one is very difficult. Everytime I see a great post someone says it's been done. New ideas are hard to come by just think of a topic you like and take off with it.

As a relative newbie to the GB I am still like a kid in a candy store although some of the threads can certainly can make for the 'General Bored'

If the threads no longer insite curiosity or excitement its time to focus elsewhere for a time...perhaps the persona you always wondered about...

You could always drift over to the, umm, personals section...weird shit is always happening there
