Can story be amended once published

Is it possible to amend a story once it’s published? A reader pointed out an error that I thought I had corrected. Is it possible now for me to fix it? If so how do I do that?

Yes, make your corrections and submit it as a new story. Give it the exact same name as the original and add -edit at the end. Also make a note to Laurel in the admin comments. Because it’s an amendment it’s low priority so it will take a couple days longer.

what if

your title exceeds the 35 character maximum with the edit note so you can't add it. Just use the admin. notes only?

Maybe add the original title in the admin notes and let Laurel know to add it back in.

Submitted original as a new story with corrections and made administration notes to Laurel with link to original story. Made bad mistake I missed.
