Most photo processing programs have a "resize" function under either the "Edit" or "Image" menus.

If you don't have a good photo processing program, then do a search for IrFanview and download that program. It is freeware and resizes pictures without destroying the quality as badly as some other programs do.

If you plan to do a lot of photo manipulation, check out PaintShop Pro at www.JASC.com It's not free but they do have a 30 day trial version for download.

I'm almost too embarrassed to admit this but....
I don't know why I see avatars sometimes but most times I can't. Is it because my HTML code in "Forum Rules" on the bottom of this page says "Off"? and if, so, how do I turn it on?

Can you tell I am pathetically computer challenged? *blushing, sweating, wringing hands*

Also, I would love to find an avatar for me.
Something sexy and "Catwoman-ish". Any suggestions for a good source?

One of my favorite avatars (when I get lucky enough to see them) is Hecate's..........oooooh those eyes!!.....They're incredible!!!!

Any help would be appreciated muchly!
