1) Click on the "User cp" button in the task bar in the upper left corner of your screen.

2) On the left side of your screen, click on the "edit profile picture"

3)Follow the directions in the second box "Custom profile picture"

Done deal

If you can't resize your picture to the specified limitation PM me

That's for the avatar picture. You can post a profile picture any time. BUT...


For the OP, come to think of it if you were talking about an avatar picture (which is the little picture on the left of a post under the poster's name):

1) click on the "user cp" button at the top left of your screen

2)click on the "edit avatar" button under settings & options on the left of your screen

3)follow the directions for custom avatar.

Two requirements: you need to have more then 100 posts and it has to meet the size limitations
