I'm not too sure about this suggested technology (sounds a bit old). Small or big investments are worth it for audio recording and some good software like DAWs (digital audio workstations) are completely free now a days. for example AUDACITY. Limitless tracks, you could even sing to your improvised tunes your poems and add software instruments. what you'd need to invest in is only a good usb desktop mike, see here. After recording is done, Youtube can host the mp3 in video format.
