Can I have some honest opinions from the girls?

I am recently separated from my wife of 10 years and find myself in the position of possibly going out and meeting someone else.

I have not given this possibility a single thought for 10 years because I thought my wife and I would be together forever. I don't even know how to date any more.

Do you think that I would be attractive to women?

Of course you're attractive! It will take a bit to get your confidence and your comfort level back and I'm sorry you're going through this. I'd do what women often do and men don't do as much: seek advice, as you are here, but in more places. There is a lot of advice about what women like in a man and on a date and what their turn-offs are. Just an internet search turns up stuff for you on this subject. If I remember correctly, a sense of humour is the TOP of the list for women in what they find appealing in a guy! I know myself it's other things more than physical appeal that get me going. We usually like a bit of grooming and cleanliness though, but it looks like you've got that nailed. I'd say be prepared to just date for a good while before meeting the next right person quickly and that will take the pressure off each date, plus avoid rushing into something with the wrong person. If it appeals to you, online dating, such as Plenty of Fish, is a great way to meet a lot of people quickly and I've found you do get much better at it with all that experience. Attractiveness isn't really so much about the physical. What one woman may find attractive in one guy, another woman may not care for. Just like it is w/ you men. Some men want that little "hottie w/ the body, boobs & ass", who lacks the neurons to converse w/o sounding like a damn fucking bobblehead, while another man may want the BBW who can challenge his intellect.

For me, a guy could be ripped, sporting a 6 pack, and have looks that are sexy as hell and he might have hoards of women clamouring for his attention, but if I were to watch that same guy shun a woman who may not be as pretty, or slender, I would shun him just for his internal ugliness that he possesses.
