That is done with a PM Laurel. She is the one who can change it for you.

I am having the same problem as well. I tried to PM Laurel but didn't get a response. Is there another method or person? Thanks

Manu supposedly is also capable of that. However, I have yet to get a response from either of them after over a week. I'm sure they're very busy, and name changes are low priority. An acknowledgement of receipt would be nice though.
