can I change a story?

Hey all - I have had a few stories published here over the past year (10 in total) - but I am still learning things. As a result, I have edited, and made improvements to some of my earlier submissions, and would like to know if there is a way to that I can change? pull? or do I have to totally resubmit the story?

any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
