Okay this happened a while back but I'm still trying to figure it out. Maybe you can help.

My wife and I were in a Laundromat. I was in my usual of shorts and a T-Shirt. My wife was in low rider jeans and a halter top.

We were busily working away at our laundry when a young woman came up to us. She was obviously upset. She told my wife to pull up her pants, she could see her underwear. (gasp)

Now to put this in perspective this young woman was wearing spandex shorts and a spandex tube top, both about two sizes too small. It was obvious she was wearing nothing beneath her spandex and yet she was upset that my wifes thong was showing.

Can anyone explain this?

No but it eplains my fear of laundromats.

Answering A Question With A Question

My wife has been tanning and dieting. She's looking quite slim, and also dark. Yet when she looks in the mirror she feels as if she's accomplished nothing and feels frustrated.

How can she not see what I see? But it's all perspective. Women who have a poor mental image of themselves can't "see" the changed image in front of them, but rather the image they "think they see". I guess this is why some people starve themselves thinking they're "too fat".

So, perhaps the woman in spandex sees herself in some other way than you see her, and she sees your wife with a different mental perspective.

I'm no doc, and in fact I'm not all that well educated, but that's what I have observed.

I am not at all surprised that someone would feel this way, I am only surprised that she would say something.

Everyone has there own sense of propriety, and the line may meander, but to them there are things that are clearly on one side and things that are clearly on the other. To her, underwear must remain under the clothing, it is taboo to be seen in public. Form fitting clothing that does not reveal underwear is quite alright.

Underwear is lascivious. Tight clothing is practical for working out.

Maybe she would have felt better if your wife took off her pants and said the thong was a bathing suit bottom. Then there wouldn't have been a problem.

Underwear? If this woman had been wearing any it would have been quite noticable.

Bovine Excrement? How so Charley?

(I may have posted about it when it happened but I can't remember. It was over a year ago and yet it still makes me wonder.)

My first thought was that the one that approached your Lady was younger... I have noticed that the young tend to get offended when older women/men do something that they feel is strickly within THEIR realm of what is acceptable and not for someone... well old

Verdict: The young woman is a repressed lesbian. She grew up in a very religious home, and on her 16th birthday she was forced to kiss a rattlesnake to prove her faith in God. Unfortunately, God was busy at the time, and the rattle snake ended up biting her.

She survived (minus a couple of brain cells) and got it into her head that God had abandoned her because she had these thoughts about other women. She continued to fantasise about her own sex, but got around the problem by giving the objects of her fantasies men's names. Like creating a mental image of a beautiful curvy blonde in matching underwear, and trying to fool God by calling her "Derek".

It's all fucked up stuff, but that's the way it is.

Anyway, this chick saw your wife and noticed that her panties were showing. It was just too much temptation at the workplace, so she responded violently. Last night she was probably having lewd thoughts about your wife, and calling out "Mike" in her sleep

That's what I reckon.
