At a company there’s an employee who has a sexual if not romantic relationship with their boss…only thing is:
1. Doesn’t matter who the boss/manager is, they want to fuck them.
2. They don’t expect anything beyond sex out of it, nor is boss threatening or promising anything in return.
I think it would be fun to either explore why the character is this way or to find ways people try to stop it without firing them (I figured they also don’t break any workplace rules: relationships at work are frowned on but not against the rules and they either keep in office antics a secret or keep all of their fun in another setting
A few ideas:
1. Lead’s new manager takes over and is given a heads up of what to expect. Employee though doesn’t do anything inappropriate. They get their work done on time, help out and are generally quite easy to work with.
Manager is new to the area though and decides to go to a bar or club. They get drunk and wind up taking someone home with them, next morning, turns out it’s the employee. Employee gets them into a quickie and then they go to work like nothing happened. Employee is still the model employee and only suggests anything sexual when the new manager brings it up. Soon new manager is right where the old one was, being fucked to near exhaustion by the employee every day
2. Upper management tries to stop the employee without right out firing them. First thinking the employee is straight or has a specific type, they get someone who is the same gender or wildly outside the type of managers the employee normally fucks…employee is only more thrilled.
Or, they try to get their new manager to help them catch employee in the act or get them to do something inappropriate on company property. Manager keeps slipping up however…but employee gets hold of the emails regarding the set up and uses the money from the settlement to make a harem of all of their previous bosses.
3. Manager is hired and they are kind of shocked as they don’t have much business sense. The reason is made plain: employee is actually pretty self-reliant and one of if not their top earners…but they have a ridiculously high libido and need to take care of it. New manager is not a business whiz, but they too have a high libido and are employee's type. So begins a relationship where manager has to keep up an air of authority with an employee who knows more than them but is desperate to get plowed by their boss
